Good looking but... July 20, 2010 Tamagodome (Burlingame, CA) This case is well made and good looking. The padding is pretty thick. You could probably drop this from 5' and not cause any damage to the camcorder inside. My one complaint about it though is there's no room for an extra battery, at least not when being used for my Panasonic TM700.
Good bag... May 10, 2010 Peter Teubel (Milford, MA USA) Well padded, various attachment/handle options. Fits my Pansonic SDR-80 just fine. No room for ANYTHING else other than the camera, but that's what it's designed for.
Good Small Bag, Not a Carry-All Bag April 8, 2010 Ben C.A. Nettle (The Last Frontier) Purchased this (in black) to fit a Canon HF200.
The bag seems to be nicely constructed, and is well padded. So well padded that the camera fit is a little snug, but that keeps it from wiggling around. The carry strap is about the right size without being too narrow, and it has a belt strap if you prefer to carry it that way. The camera is a little bit shorter than the height of the bag (inside), so some of the medium batteries will fit (819), not sure about the biggest though (827).
Aside from that, there is just enough room for SD cards and not much else, but that makes it perfect as a day bag. We have a larger version of the Tamrac Aero (the 65) which will fit cords, batteries, charger, etc. but that's a little too bulky for going out and about for the day, so this bag is nice for short trips without the bulk of the bigger bag.
I would not suggest this as your only camera bag, as it won't be able to fit the cords and add-ons, but as a short day / quick trip bag it works very well.
too small February 27, 2010 S. Kipor (Eugene, OR USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The bag is too small. Nothing can be put there besides the small camcorder ( I have Panasonic HDC-HS300 ). I could not even load the battery charger there... Neither cords...
Good fit for compact Panasonic February 1, 2010 R. O. Borgono Fits my HDC-TM300 like a glove. However, the only separate compartment (under lid) is all but useless for storing extra batteries or CF cards as these will easily fall out (as happened to me) and risk getting lost. Would be perfect with a zippered compartment.
