 new antenna for TV January 8, 2009
The product works just have to get used to the remote control but I will really see how things turn out when the conversion takes place in February

I purchased this from a local retailer and found it to be a piece of junk. We receive better signal and more channels with out "rabbit ears" alone, hope to return it and get something better!!!!! There should be a zero star rating for this one
TERRIBLE RECEPTION December 30, 2008
I also picked this product base on consumer reports but I DO NOT recommend it. The reception is HORRIBLE. I can not go 1 minute without bad reception. Do not waste your money on this converter box. You will be terribly disappointed.

Don't waste your money on this, the reception quality is terrible, they only want your $40.00 coupon.
Sending it back December 27, 2008
Bought this converter because it sounded like it would be easy to hook up. Well, we got it and read thru the manual then hooked it up. It scanned, nothing. We unhooked it and waited. Read thru the manual a couple of times to make sure nothing was missed, hooked it up again tonight....again scanned for channels and nothing. I am sending this one back and will shop around for a higher quality one, even if that means going somewhere else.
