Logitech provides extremely poor customer support September 16, 2008 I have owned a logitech fusion camera for two years. During that time, my camputer has crashed almost consistently when booting up. I have contacted Logitech numerous times; their e mail process is complicated; they do not address specific questions; and they cancel the inquiry after one attempt; it is necessary to renew the inquiry for the company to respond. The closest they came to providing a solution was a non solution; a complicated means of uninstalling and cleaning the computer of remaining hidden segments. I was then to install a supposedly updated driver, which never did work. One one occasion the company admitted the software has a problem they cannot resolve which may cause the computer to crash.
I have attempted to contact the company by phone; they provide no 800 customer service number; it is a local number, which will ring incessantly, then give voicemail excuses for extended wait times, one time as long as 30 minutes, at which point I just hung up.
I would not buy another logitech product.
Webcam July 23, 2008 We love this little gadget. Sets up easily and helps us stay up close and personal with our friends and family that are far away.
Like being there May 2, 2008 Our daughter moved to Oregon 1 yr. ago and we purchased a set of these to stay in touch. We use these about once a wk. so we can visit with the grandchildren. Really makes the wife feel better after an online visit and the daughter dosen't feel so homesick. As close to realtime as we could hope for. Easy to install. Just add Skype and you're good to go.
