No problem with CF cards in pockets September 8, 2008 Interesting comment from previous reviewer. The neopreme card pockets are a little stretchable, so I have not problem putting in my CF memory cards. Because the way pocket flap is stitched (and that it's stretchy like a scuba wetsuit), I've never lost a CF card by falling out of pocket.
However, I do see that it may not work with SD cards. CF cards are somewhat rigid, while you can easily bend and break a SD card.
For my purpose, it worked so well that I'm actually going to buy more of this strap for my secondary camera. Also, Tamrac sells just the memory card pockets, which also can be purchase via Amazon.com.
Yes, the nect strap is very comfortable and I've never have the snaps break on me... which is good since I don't want to ever see my expensive camera lens and body in pieces on the floor.
Strap with memory chip pouches. May 14, 2007 The strap is good, feels good and sets good. Problem lies with the pouches, the regular size memory chips will not fit securely in the pouches. No real big deal for using the strap, disappointing with not being able to secure memory cards. Oh well!
