Works as advertised, and delived as promised! December 25, 2008 Great little remote. Attaches to your camera strap, and has settings for immediate shutter release, or shutter delay. No issues setting up camera (Canon XSI). I am a little worried that I will not turn off the remote before re-attaching to the strap clip, so not sure about battery life yet.
"Must have" value priced accessory for tripod mounted shake-free shooting. Recently used for a series of HDR compositions and was very pleased with the results.
Delivered as promised by Amazon.
canon wireless remote December 21, 2008 This is a cool tool for your canon camera. It makes taking portraits a whole lot easier by not being tied to the camera. It also makes it much easier to be in the picture.
If you have an XSi.... it is worth the money. December 16, 2008 This is a great remote. If you have ever found it annoying having to set a timer and then run to get in the picture, this can help you out immensely. Just a quick click of the button, 2 seconds later, *shutter sound.* It is especially useful when taking low light photos on a tripod. You don't get any shake from pushing the button, and you dont have to wait for the timed clicks either. If you think you can use it, you probably can. If you don't think you can use it, it is probably still worth the 20 dollars.
Very inexpensive December 16, 2008 This should have come with the camera, IMO. I like that it attaches to the camera strap, because it's so small you'd lose it otherwise.
A Great Feature to Have for Your Canon DSLR December 14, 2008 I am always the one taking pictures and now I can take the pictures and be in them too. A tripod is a must in order to get the maximum use out of the remote. I would recommend it to anyone.
