It works... What else is there? October 2, 2007 I like Canon's ink system because it is nice to see that the printer actually does use all of the ink contained in the cartridges, but I think that really is attributable to the printer more than the ink itself. As for the ink, it is high quality from what I can tell, and I've never had any problems!
Accept no substitutes August 9, 2007 If you print high quality pictures, you can't get by without Canon ink with your Canon printer. Generic ink and refill schemes just suck every time. Buy what you need without regret. Not cheap. Not very much ink in the cartidge but it works well and looks great.
Good cartridge July 23, 2007 No problem with seller. Sent me the cartridge on time and I got the product that I had ordered.
good ink May 29, 2007 what can I say, I bought non OEM ink before and ruin my previous printer so I have since buying OEM ink. Canon i860 was a nice color printer. Inks were cheaper than HP, but still at $50+ for all the inks, you should try to print them via Walmart b/c it is cheaper... unless you are like me, you love the convenience and instant gratification... you are paying for it...
Stay away from cheap generic ink - buy Canon May 14, 2007
On my last printer the i960, I made the mistake of switching to a generic brand and what a mistake that turned out to be. The colors looked bad, the inks ran out real fast, and when I didn't use my printer just for a couple of weeks, it completely clogged my print heads. Multiple cleaning runs did no good, and I removed the print head and cleaned it under water many times. That cleared up a bit, but not a whole lot, and I ended up replacing an otherwise excellent printer. For my next Canon printer, I stuck with Canon inks and never had that issue again. Yes, the generic inks were cheap, but it ended up costing me a lot more over the long run.
